“Let Our Pictures Do The Talking”

Hello and thanks very much for visiting my website. My name is Charlie Ward and I have been a commercial photographer for over 40 years, having started my business from the family farm back in 1985.

These days, my wife Katie and I live near Salcombe in Devon and I travel back to Northamptonshire each month to photograph Trickers shoes and work with my loyal Midlands based clients.

Back in Salcombe, I spend my time photographing the wonderful scenery and I run a number of photography courses, from a free 20 minute introduction, through to more advanced work. To keep things simple and jargon free, I have developed a unique photography training aid, called Photowheel.

I have always been a very creative person and I love to share ideas with others of a similar mindset. I guess my best idea was coming up with a seaside story for my children called The Salties, but that is a whole different story in itself!
